Rockingham Avenue Residence

This project consists of an addition and renovation to an existing single family residence located in Brentwood, CA. The scope of the project involved the transformation of the exterior façade, expansion of the buildings footprint and area, conversion of the existing attic to habitable space, while limiting the impact to the existing building mass and roofline. The basic interior room configuration remained relatively unchanged, although modifications to the spaces themselves were made to include some expansion and reconfiguration.
