This project is located in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains off Winding Way Road in the City Malibu. The property is a pre-graded pad prepared by a previous developer who had sold the property without building a structure. The property has sweeping distant views of the Santa Monica Bay along with commanding close proximity views of Paradise Cove and Point Dume. The proposed design lays out the program to take advantage of the views.
