Trancas Canyon Residence

This project is located in Western Malibu on a flag lot off Trancas Canyon Road. The scope of the project was a complete renovation and addition to an existing single story, single family residence. The Owner’s were seeking a finished product which was both contemporary and at the same time recall the sensibilities of a rustic beach house. This simple multi gable roof home is clad in a white washed, weathered brick along with steel sash doors and windows which open up to outdoor patios with ocean and canyon views.
