Outpost Estates Residence

This project consists of an interior renovation and exterior revitalization of an original Spanish Colonial, Outpost Estate on La Presa Dr. in the Hollywood Hills. No additional square footage was added, however, the some of the interior spaces were reconfigured, walls moved or opened up, Bathrooms and Kitchen were redone and windows were replaced along with new floors.
