Montcalm Avenue Residence

This project consists of the construction of a detached Guest House on a heavily planted one acre property in the Mount Olympus area of the Hollywood Hills. Stylistically, the Guest is an extension of the main 1930’s compound. With views of the City and mountains, the structure is equipped with a Writers Studio, Gym, Kitchen, Bath and Guest Suite. Elements of the main house were incorporated, such as high volume ceilings, heavy timber trusses, vintage tiles, etc.
