Pacific Coast Highway Residence

Our role on this project was to work in conjunction with the designer, as the Owner’s representative, to provide design input, develop construction documentation, detailing, product and material recommendations, review of shop drawings and construction administration for this steel and concrete single family residence located along PCH in Malibu. The building site is situated below the elevation of PCH and with its planted roof is intended to blend into the landscape with the only hint of a structure being the board formed concrete monoliths which rise from the landscape. Along with steel windows and doors, the interior is detailed with exposed board formed concrete and contrasting wood walls and floors.
