Meadow Valley Terrace Residence

The scope of work for this single family hillside home in Silver Lake was to renovate and connect both the existing main residence with an existing detached garage and Art Studio along with the design of a hillside pool and spa.  The renovated Art Studio sits above the existing Garage and is connected to the main house by the means of a new interior stair and circulates through a new Family room connecting to the existing Kitchen and Breakfast rooms which now all view and have access to the new pool, spa, terrace and yard.
