Greenwood Residence

Located in the rolling hills of West Los Angeles, in the neighborhood of Mar Vista, this project consists of a new second story addition and renovation to the existing main level, and incorporating an attached ADU. The scope was to primarily maintain, with some minor modifications, the existing main level layout and incorporate a new second floor, new roof deck, and conversion of one of the two existing garages into an ADU, while updating the exterior styling.
