Rancho Road Residence

This project consisted of an extensive addition and renovation of this Colonial style house in Arcadia, originally designed by Pasadena architect Theodore Pietch in 1941. The intent was to seamlessly extend the house along the street facade and into the rear yard with added Bedrooms, Primary Suite, Kitchen and rear patio area. In addition, the front entry and other interior areas were renovated all with the consistency of the original design.
