Located in the hills of the Culver City Crest, the project consists of reorganizing the existing 1940’s single story ranch house and adding a new second story. The new residence will take advantage of the sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the West Los Angeles Basin. The character of the proposed structure will be reminiscent of the 1920’s Spanish Style Architecture prevalent in and around the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara areas.
