This is a residential development located on 145 acres outside Santa Fe, Mew Mexico. The project is planned to develop detached single family residences ranging from 2,500 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft. each. All elements of this development will be contemporary in design and will implement passive and active solar technologies. Water retention ponds will be used to capture and cleanse storm-water to be reused for irrigation purposes. This project will be phased starting with models and then offering lot sales to allow for semi-custom approaches to each lot.
