This table was designed as a prototype concept for a dining or conference table. The table consists of steel fabricated two part legs with bolted connections and adjustable feet, holding in compression a wood stained main support member, with transverse stained wood ribs, which support a clear glass top. The intent was to create a design, which could be a kit of parts, that can be shipped, independent of the glass, and easily assembled on site. This prototype could be made to various sizes and stained in a variety of colors to accommodate specific needs. The table never made it to production and the prototype is currently being used as a conference table for Triver-Meyers music recording studios.
