This estate property is located in the gated golf community of Country Club Estates, in Westlake Village. This parcel initially was overlooked, due to what appeared to be a small buildable pad. With some creative grading, we were able to accommodate this estate home and gracious private yard. This formal Mediterranean style home draws inspiration from the historic Palladian villas of Italy, with use of axial alignments, formal symmetry and columns. The house is laid out on the property in such a way as to create a private exterior entertainment area surrounded by the residence on three sides and the hillside on the other, with an abundance of open air covered exterior rooms.
