Set on an existing vacant infill lot located on the bluffs of Playa Del Rey, the proposed residence incorporates a full basement and staggered levels of public and private living spaces on the upper floors topped with a roof terrace. For inspiration on the project we turned to the Owner, who is a Structural Engineer, and decided to express basic structural engineering components into the aesthetics of the residence.
