Located along Venice Beach on Oceanfront Walk, the narrow twenty-five foot wide by one hundred thirty foot deep property takes full advantage of its Pacific Ocean views. Much like an eel, this proposed two unit residential building peers out, toward the ocean, protected on either side by the existing multi-story buildings. The project is organized with private parking accessed from Speedway, to the east, and public living spaces overlooking Oceanfront Walk and the ocean to the west, with access to each unit through a central courtyard.
