The project consists of a complete refurbish and secondary addition of an existing mid century modern, multilevel residence located on an up sloping lot in the Hollywood Hills. With sweeping views of Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles, the work consisted of reorganization and refurbishing of the existing floor plan along with an expansion of the Master Suite and lower level Garage. Some of the work involved undoing previous “improvements” prior occupants did to the structure, restoring some existing portions and reinterpreting some of the renovated areas.
