This project consists of a complete renovation and addition to an existing two story single family residence. The original home, built in the mid 1980’s consisted of a stacked two story mass with a mansard style roof. The focus of the project was to revitalize the aesthetics of the exterior while modernize and add to the interior. One and two story elements were added to the exterior facade to aid in breaking down the mass of the building and assist in a tiering effect similar to a wedding cake.
