This property is located on a pie shaped descending lot at the end of a cul-de-sac in the hills overlooking West Los Angeles and the Santa Monica Bay. The project consists of an extensive renovation and addition to the existing ranch style home. To take advantage of the views and to minimize the obstruction of the neighbors views, the proposed design radiates out from the center of the cul-de-sac and incorporates a series of smaller roof forms arranged perpendicular to the direction of the plan.
