This property is located on a ridgetop overlooking the Conejo Valley and the Country Club Estates Golf Course. The intent is to design a low profile one story, courtyard, Spanish Colonial style estate which would fit under an imaginary envelope created by superimposing the original outline of the previously graded ridge. |
